BPRS is improving the Quality of Shariah Human Capital |

Bekasi, (7/11). The Communication Forum of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) - Islamic bank for the rural area- Bekasi (FKBB), by next week will conduct training for their marketing and operation in Bekasi.
Nur S Buchori the organizing chairnan which is a President Director of BPRS Bekasi said that the 2 days training is to be done in line with the improvement of the quality of the marketers and operation staff of BPRS.
"in so far we knew that there is a problem that begin with the quality of our human capital, especially in the marketing division which has a bad characteristic and analysis, for instance : unworthy credit record of customers is approved to get the financing assistance which resulting in non-performance financing" explained Buchori. Moreover, he said that it is one of the reason why the training program will take place, with the topic of financing analysis and strategic to reduce default financing. We hope that our staff will be very careful in distributing financing facility and cleverer in financing analysis and to have some more good quality as needed".
The keynote speakers are Dr. Arie Mooduto (Director of ICDIF), Ramzi A. Zuhdi (Director of DPBS Bank Indonesia), Setiawan (DPBS Bank Indonesia) Islamic bankers from Bank Danamon Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). The training will be participated by 70 personel from 14 BPRS from Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi and Bandung.
There are some excitement in respond to the training since this will be the place to share information between the participants and the trainer, and it is expected that this kind of training is to be held more often in order to improve the quality of shariah human capital of BPRS, exclaimed Buchori., (Maria/Nibra, www.pkesinteraktif.com) |
