Jakarta, (11/7). On July 12 the Indonesian government once again will issue sukuk reopening series IFROOO5, IFR0007, IFR0006, and IFROOI0 in order to fulfill state budget target of 2011.
The issuance will be done thru auction by the minister of finance office and the agent will be done by Bank Indonesia. The method is Open audience with multiple pricing. In principle, all individual investors or institutions could bid in this auction but the bid should be submitted by the participants of the auction.As the rule said under the minister of finance regulation no 11/PMK.08j2009 dated February 2, 2009, sukuk auction eligibility is by bidding thru the competitive and non-competitive, while the deposit insurance must bid the auction thru non competitive method. In the meantime, the individual will be able to bid by the competitive method.
The winner of the bid which has submitted its competitive bids will receive the coupon payment as according the yield that he has bid, the winner of non-competitive bids will receive the yield using the method of weighted average yield.[nibra]
